About us

Objectives

Dans le cadre d’une thèse en médecine, nous souhaitons réaliser une étude visant à regrouper et décrire les caractéristiques cliniques, radiologiques et histologiques des phéochromocytomes chez des patients porteurs d’une neurofibromatose de type 1. Nous souhaitons également évaluer le bénéfice du dépistage systématique des phéochromocytomes.

Etude de patients atteints d’une lésion surrénalienne et plus particulièrement d’un phéochromocytome chez des patients suivis pour une neurofibromatose de type 1. Sur les 2185 patients suivis par le Pr COMBEMALE pour NF1 on en retiendra environ 70- 100 atteints de phéochromocytome pour qui nous étudierons le dossier.
