Objectives

Evaluation du parcours de soin « diagnostic des lésions mammaires en une matinée : le SENODAY » :

Notre département a mis en place ce parcours il y a 2 ans pour un accès rapide des lésions mammaires, malignes ou bénignes. Il est important d’évaluer l’efficience de ce parcours, la sensibilité et la spécificité des chacun des examens réalisés.

Objectif principal :

Performance du parcours dans le diagnostic de lésions malignes ou bénignes.

Objectifs secondaires :

Faisabilité de la technique de biopsie rapide, évaluation de la performance de chaque étape prise séparément, délai entre le diagnostic et le traitement en cas de lésion maligne avérée
