Objectives

Etude rétrospective des leucémies lymphoïdes chroniques  avec un réarrangement IGHV3-21 ( subset 2)

le subset 2 est associé à un mauvais pronostique de manière indépendante du statut mutation IGVH et  des anomalies de TP53

De ce fait il semble important d’appréhender  l’évolution en terme de SSP et de SG le devenir des patients LLC subset 2 dans le contexte des thérapies ciblées
