Objectives

Implémenter en pratique courante l’utilisation de données transcriptomiques comme biomarqueur prédictif d’une réponse à l’immunothérapie en première ligne, chez des patients atteints d’un CBNPC métastatiques.

Entre 30 et 50 Echantillons FFPE restants et résidus de TNA après avoir été utilisés en filière courante.

Ces échantillons proviendront de :

  • Patients atteints d’un carcinome bronchique non à petites cellules métastatiques.
  • Indemnes de mutation oncogénique.

Pour lesquels un traitement en première ligne par Immunothérapie seule ou combinée à la chimiothérapie est envisagée.

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679)
