Objectives

De plus en plus de cas de diagnostic difficile bénéficient d’une analyse moléculaire, notamment à l’aide de panels adaptés au cancer du poumon. Ces panels incluent systématiquement KRAS. Or, certains cas sont identifiés avec une mutation de KRAS. Il n’est pas clair dans la littérature si les mutations de KRAS existent ou non dans les mésothéliomes. Or, cela pourrait avoir un intérêt diagnostique dans les tumeurs pleurales peu différenciées dans où la présence d’une mutation de KRAS diminuerait la probabilité que la lésion soit un mésothéliome. Nous proposons une étude rétrospective de cohorte à partir des tumeurs avec mutation de KRAS identifiés au sein de la MESOBANK

La population concerne 38 patients ayant bénéficié d’une relecture au CNR Mesopath et qui ont une mutation KRAS.
