About us

Objectives

Étudier l’impact de la prise en charge en ambulatoire sur le taux de transfusion en produits sanguins labiles pour hématome post-mastectomie.

Population subject to research or data processing

Patientes âgées de plus de 18 ans prises en charge au CHB pour mastectomie totale avec ou sans geste axillaire associé entre le 01/01/2011 et le 31/12/2022 en hospitalisation conventionnelle ou 01/01/2017 et le 31/12/2022 en hospitalisation ambulatoire ; n’ayant pas bénéficié d’une reconstruction mammaire immédiate ; ayant présenté une complication à type d’hématome dans les 30 jours suivant l’intervention, drainé au bloc opératoire.

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer du responsable de traitement (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
