About us

Objectives

Il s’agit ici de prédire de manière personnalisée la distribution de dose d’un traitement en radiothérapie interne vectorisée par LuPSMA à partir d’une image pré-traitement PET/CT Ga68. Les traitements sont réalisées en médecine nucléaire, au Lumen. L’obtention de ces données se greffe au traitement.

Avant un traitement au LuPSMA, le patient a une image PET/CT Ga68. L’objectif est d’entrainer un réseau de neurones à partir de ces images PET/CT Ga68 et LuPSMA.

La dose estimée pourra ensuite être corrélée aux données biologiques caractéristiques d’une irradiation (ex : taux de PSA)
