Objectives

Principal

  • Identify the impact of NGS-based panel mutations (STK11, KEAP-1 and KRAS) on overall survival in advanced non-small cell lung cancers patients treated with chemo-immunotherapy.

 

Secondaires

  • Identify the impact of NGS-based panel mutations (STK11, KEAP-1 and KRAS) on progression-free survival in advanced non-small cell lung cancers patients treated with chemo-immunotherapy.
  • Identify the impact of NGS-based panel mutations (STK11, KEAP-1 and KRAS) on toxicity in advanced non-small cell lung cancers patients treated with chemo-immunotherapy.

D’inclusion :

  • advanced non-small cell lung cancers
  • 1st line medical treatment combining chemotherapy (platinum doublets) and PD(L)-1 inhibitor
  • available next-generation sequencing (NGS) in our 96 genes panel
  • >18 years

 

De non inclusion :

  • patients treated in an interventional clinical trial
  • patients with a driver mutation eligible to a 1st line targeted therapy.

 

Critère d’évaluation principal :

  • Correlation between the occurrence of NGS-based panel mutations and overall survival using log-rank test and multivariate analysis. 

 

Critères d’évaluation secondaires :

  • Correlation between the occurrence of NGS-based panel mutations and progression-free survival using log-rank test and multivariate analysis.
  • Correlation between the occurrence of occurrence of NGS-based panel mutations and grade 3-4 adverse events.
