About us

Objectives

Des cultures d'organoïdes de kystes cancéreux , seront établi, de fibroblastes associés au cancer, d'endothélium, de cellules endothéliales, de cellules mononucléaires du sang périphérique et de lymphocytes. En parallèle, des parties de l'échantillon de cancer seront fixées au formol et inclus en paraffine ou congelés. Ces échantillons seront utilisés pour l'immunohistochimie multiplexée, l’hybridation fluorescente in situ, le séquençage de l'ARN d'un seul noyau et/ou séquençage spatial de l'ADN. Ces cultures permettront de reconstituer  les microenvironnements tumoraux in vitro.
