Objectives

Évaluer en situation de vie réelle la réponse à l’immunothérapie associée à une chimiothérapie par fluoropyrimidine et sels de platine en première ligne chez les patients atteints d’adénocarcinome gastrique, de la jonction oesogastrique ou de l’œsophage, avancé ou métastatique, HER négatif et dont les tumeurs expriment PD-L1 avec CPS > 5%.

Patients porteurs d’un adénocarcinome gastrique, de la jonction oesogastrique ou de l’oesophage ,avancé ou métastatique, HER négatif et dont les tumeurs expriment PD-L1 avec CPS > 5% ayant initié un traitement par immunothérapie depuis octobre 2021.
