Déterminer les facteurs de risque de récidive locale et métastatique après chirurgie d’un cancer du côlon localement avancé

Secondaires

Évaluer la faisabilité de cette chimiothérapie : tolérance, complications de la tumeur pendant la chimiothérapie

Comparer la morbidité per et post opératoire : pertes sanguines, geste élargi, durée opératoire, complications, durée de séjour

Adénocarcinome colique localement avancé : cT3fort (EMS>5mm) ou cT4 et/ou obstructif

Absence de métastases synchrones

 

 

De non-inclusion :

Adénocarcinome du moyen et bas rectum

Métastases synchrones

Radio-chimiothérapie préopératoire

Le traitement est nécessaire pour mener une recherche scientifique aux fins des intérêts légitimes poursuivis par le responsable du traitement (art. 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
