Objectives

L’objectif d’Owkin avec ce projet est de prédire la mutation constitutionnelle BRCA 1 et 2 à partir de lames HE et HES.

Patient(e)s avec un cancer du sein HER2-

Avoir au moins un bloc FFPE et une lame histologique HES ou HPS de la tumeur primaire

Avoir à minima un test de biologie moléculaire pour détecter la présence d’une mutation BRCA1/2

Pour les cas avec mutation, avoir à minima une confirmation de la nature constitutionnelle de la mutation BRCA1/2 et la nomenclature du variant en consultation d’onco-génétique

Avoir accès aux données démographiques et cliniques

Au final n = 302 patients (BRCA mutés = 95, BRCA VUS (Variant of Unknow Significant) = 50, BRCA WT (WildType) = 105, BRCA WT NON VUS = 52)

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679)
