Objectives

Caractériser le paysage moléculaire des DLBCL-NOS EBV+ par une analyse mutationnelle et une analyse du profil d'expression génique (GEP), de comparer les DLBCL-NOS EBV+ avec les DLBCL-NOS EBV- et les PTLD EBV+ et d’analyser le microenvironnement tumoral des DLBCL-NOS EBV+ par comparaison avec celui des DLBCL-NOS EBV- et PTLD EBV+.

NB : Cette étude, réalisée à partir des éléments déjà renseignés dans le dossier médical, dans l'établissement de prise en charge, ne présente aucune contrainte ni aucun risque. En savoir + : voir note d'information ci dessous.
