About us

Objectives

Etude observationnelle rétrospective, monocentrique évaluant 2 méthodes d’immobilisation du patient en radiothérapie stéréotaxique pulmonaire :

  • Utilisation d’une contention rigide personnelle (Bluebag®) et,
  • Utilisation d’une contention non personnelle et non spécifique (non rigide) avec un Posirest ®, dans les traitements de SBRT pulmonaire chez des patients présentant une tumeur broncho-pulmonaire primitive (T1-T2 N0 M0) et des métastases broncho-pulmonaires avec primitif contrôlé. L'objectif principal de cette étude est d'évaluer l’efficacité de l’installation avec un Posirest® sur le décalage intra-fraction par rapport à l’installation personnalisée grâce à un matelas « Blue Bag » chez des patients traités par radiothérapie stéréotaxique pulmonaire. Les objectifs secondaires sont d’évaluer dans les 2 cohortes :
  • Le taux de décalages intra-fraction ≤ 1 mm (translation dans toutes les directions) et ≤ 1° (rotation dans toutes les directions) ;
  • Le décalage inter-fraction ;

Population subject to research or data processing

Patient(e) âgé(e) ≥ 18 ans, ayant une indication de radiothérapie stéréotaxique pulmonaire sans compression abdominale au Versa HD ou au Diamant, et dont la dose prévue de radiothérapie est ≥ 6 Gy par fraction.
