About us

Objectives

Dans une cohorte de patientes atteintes de cancers du sein, nous allons analyser l’expression de gènes RNA-seq et les données de méthylation d’ADN pour chaque patient. Nous allons analyser la corrélation statistique entre le niveau d’expression du gène DNMT3B, le taux de méthylation dans les régions promotrices des gènes suppresseurs de tumeurs et leurs niveaux d’expression correspondants dans différents sous-types du cancer du sein, en prenant en compte les données de survie.

Cette étude nous permettra de proposer une nouvelle option thérapeutique pour un groupe de patients DNMT3B+/GATA3-, en particulier dans le sous-type moléculaire basal-like.
