Améliorer l’évaluation du pronostic des patientes présentant un cancer du sein luminal Her2 négatif opéré d’emblée grâce à l’utilisation de l’intelligence artificielle sur une méthode originale d’immunomarquage Ki67.

Condition médicale : Patientes diagnostiquées avec un cancer du sein de phénotype luminal Her2 négatif

Critères d’inclusion :

1.Femmes de plus de 18 ans

2.Diagnostic de cancer du sein de phénotype luminal Her2 négatif

3.Opérées d’emblée (mastectomie et/ou tumorectomie) à l’Institut Bergonié entre 2008 et 2015

4.Présentant un cancer du sein RE+ Her2- unifocal dont la taille histologique >10mm quel que soit le pN.

5.Pour lesquelles des blocs FFPE (Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded) sont disponibles au Centre de Ressource Biologiques (CRB) de l’Institut Bergonié.
