Objectives

Evaluer le taux de réponse à la radiochimiothérapie des patients atteints de CBNPC localement avancé selon le statut mutationnel KRAS G12C.

 

NB : Cette étude, réalisée à partir des éléments déjà renseignés dans le dossier médical, dans l'établissement de prise en charge, ne présente aucune contrainte ni aucun risque.

Patients de plus de 18 ans atteints de cancer bronchique non à petite cellule localement avancé de stade II ou III inopérable,  traités par radiochimiothérapie concomitante ou séquentielle entre 2014 et 2021 .

Legal basis

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer du responsable de traitement (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
