Objectives

L'objectif principal de l'étude est d'évaluer la réduction du taux de mastectomies après traitement néo adjuvant d'un carcinome lobulaire invasif du sein.

Condition médicale : Carcinome lobulaire infiltrant du sein

Groupe correspondant aux critères d’inclusion ayant reçu :

-              hormonothérapie

-              chimiothérapie

-              l’un puis l’autre

Critères d’inclusion :

1.            carcinome lobulaire infiltrant à la biopsie initiale

2.            diagnostic initial entre le 01/01/2008 et le 31/12/2018

3.            stade initial clinique de T1c à T4c, ne relevant pas d’une chirurgie conservatrice d’emblée (= indication initiale de mastectomie)

Critères de non-inclusion :

1.            stade T1b ou moins

2.            stade T4d initial

3.            caractère multicentrique ou multifocal étendu de la tumeur

4.            antécédent de chirurgie et radiothérapie du sein homolatéral pour néoplasie

5.            patiente métastatique d’emblée

6.            antécédent de carcinome canalaire ou lobulaire homolatéral ou controlatéral

7.            carcinome canalaire homolatéral ou controlatéral synchrone

8.            radiothérapie ou immunothérapie autre que trastuzumab néo adjuvante

 

Période d’inclusion : Inclusion des patientes à partir du diagnostic initial d’un carcinome lobulaire du sein de 01/01/2008 au 31/12/2018

Suivi : jusqu’au 31/12/2020
