Objectives

Cette étude vise à évaluer l’effet de l’avapritinib comparé à un groupe témoin rétrospectif (prise en charge standard) sur la base d’une évaluation du délai jusqu’à l’événement et de la réponse objective aux critères d’évaluation thérapeutiques chez des patients atteints de GIST présentant un PDGFRA à mutation D842V.
