About us

Objectives

Le but est d’identifier des profils transcriptomiques tumoraux associés à la réponse à des anti-PD-1/PD-L1 dans les cancers épidermoïdes des VADS. Pour cela, une cohorte rétrospective de 144 patients inclus dans divers essais cliniques sera analysé. Nous évaluerons l’expression de 2 545 gènes d’intérêt en utilisant la technologie HTG EdgeSeq® sur des échantillons FFPE disponibles avant traitement et pour 25 patients des prélèvements après traitement sont également disponibles. Dans les cas pour lesquels la quantité de matériel le permettra, les échantillons seront également analysés en RNAseq. Ceci nous permettra d’évaluer l’association entre des profils transcriptomiques et l’évolution clinique des patients
