Objectives

Le séquençage long read permet de raffiner l’analyse cytogénétique des hémopathies malignes. Nous avons analysé une cohorte de patients avec délétion 5q en France et une autre en Allemagne. Nous souhaitons savoir si les différences cytogénétique observées sont corrélées à des données cliniques (présentation initiale, pronostic, …)
