D’inclusion :

 

Métastase surrénalienne traitée par radiothérapie stéréotaxique à l’IPC au VERSA HD ou au MRIdian entre janvier 2020 et décembre 2023.

Hypophysiogramme dans les normes ou bonne substitution si insuffisance hypophysaire pré existante.

 

De non inclusion :

 

Pacemaker ou défibrillateur non IRM compatibles.

Claustrophobie.

Trouble psychiatriques.

Objets métalliques intra corporels.

Antécédent d’ulcère gastro-duodénal.

Chimiothérapie ou Immunothérapie concomitante.

Dose de radiothérapie palliative.

Traitement de radiothérapie incomplet.

 

Critère d’évaluation principal :

 

Contrôle local à 1 an.

 

Critères d’évaluation secondaires :

 

Contrôle local à 2 ans.

Toxicité (notamment grade 3 et +, selon CTCAE).

Données dosimétriques (visibilité de la lésion, dose prescrite, BED, dose par fraction, volume PTV, % mouvement OAR inter fractions, marges, isodoses de prescription).

Survie sans progression.

Survie globale.

Qualité de vie (effet antalgique).
