D’inclusion :

• Adénocarcinome du rectum localement avancé

• Traité avant 01 janvier 2022 par la séquence FOLFIRINOX (au minimum 4 cycles) puis RCT (CAPE50) puis chirurgie

• Stade pT3-4 et/ou N+

• Suivi disponible

 

De non inclusion :

• Patient ayant reçu que du FOLFOX ou moins de 4 cycles de FOLFIRINOX

• RT 5X5

• Chirurgie lors de la rechute (après watch and wait)

 

Critère d’évaluation principal :

Non réponse au traitement néoadjuvant total (TNT) définie comme la persistance sur la pièce opératoire d’une tumeur T3-T4 et/ou N+
