About us

Objectives

La radiothérapie stéréotaxique est un traitement de référence des tumeurs pulmonaires non à petites cellules, localisées, non opérables, avec un excellent contrôle local et une bonne tolérance.

En ce qui concerne la population des personnes âgées, la survie globale et la tolérance sont moindres.

Volonté d’étudier sur la base de données du CAL, la survie et la tolérance de la radiothérapie stéréotaxique chez les personnes de plus 75 ans avec un CNPC localisés.

Objectif principal :

Evaluer la survie globale des patients traités par radiothérapie stéréotaxique pour un carcinome non à petites cellules de plus de 75 ans.

Objectifs secondaires :

Evaluer la survie sans progression et les effets secondaires

Critère de jugement principal :

-Survie Globale en mois

Critères de jugement secondaires :

-Survie sans progression en mois

-Notification des effets secondaires selon la classification du CTCAE
