About us

Objectives

Evaluer, chez les patients atteints d’un cancer de la prostate métastatique et résistant à la castration traités par radiothérapie interne vectorisée au 177Lu-PSMA-617, le rôle pronostic de 3 anomalies génétiques tumorales majoritaires (anomalies moléculaires du système de réparation de l’ADN, délétions du gène pten et mutations activatrices du gène du récepteur aux androgènes AR)

Population subject to research or data processing

Population : patients atteints d’un mCPRC préalablement traités par hormonothérapie de nouvelle génération (NHT) et Docetaxel débutant un traitement par RIV au 177Lu-PSMA-617.

Seuls les patients ayant à disposition les résultats d’une analyse moléculaire préalablement au traitement par 177Lu-PSMA-617 seront inclus. Classification de l’étude : étude de cohorte rétrospective, multicentrique Nombre total  de patients concernés : 330 sur l’ensemble des centres

Au CLB on estime une trentaine de malades
