Objectives

analyse observationnelle des facteurs pronostiques de tolerance d’une chimiotherapie d’induction par docetaxel, platine et 5-fluoro-uracile (tpf) dans les carcinomes epidermoïdes de la tête et du cou (cetec)

Objectif principal

 Recherche de facteurs pronostiques de tolérance du TPF chez des patients porteurs d’un CETEC.

Validation d’un index pronostique simple utilisable en clinique quotidienne de la tolérance de la chimiothérapie d’induction dans les CETEC.

 

Objectifs secondaires

 Evaluation de la tolérance du TPF chez des patients non sélectionnés sur le nombre de toxicité grade III et IV, l’hospitalisation.

Evaluation de la survie des CETEC traités par chimiothérapie d’induction.

Respect du protocole initialement définit en RCP.
