Objectives

La L2 des adénocarcionmes pancréatique n'est pas bien codifiée. En L1 en France le schéma de référence est le FOLFIRINOX. Pour les patients progressant sous FOLFIRINOX d'emblée, le GEMCITABINE est la référence. Mais il est difficile de maintenir le FOLFIRINOX au-delà de 8-12 cycles en raison de la toxicité. Des traitements d'entretiens sont souvent réalisé ou des pauses thérapeutiques. Lors de la progression après traitement d'entretien : faut-il mieux utiliser Gemcitabine ou Folfirinox ?

Déterminer le meilleur schéma thérapeutique

Sécurité, Survie Globale, Taux de réponse.

Critères d’inclusion : 8 à 12 cycles de FOLFIRINOX. Traitement d’entretien ou pause thérapeutique à la suite.
