The objective of this work was to describe the technique of exclusive lipofilling in breast reconstruction after total mastectomy, to analyze results of this procedure and to explore current literature on the subject

D’inclusion : French cohort with all patients with up-front surgery for breast uni or bilateral exclusive fat reconstruction since January 2017 to Décember 2024 in at least four public and private hosptals.

Patients were included for Immediate or delayed reconstruction for breast cancer or reconstruction performed for prophylactic mastectomy carried out due to gene mutations.
