About us

Objectives

Décrire la rechute cérébrale sous osimertinib en 1ère ligne dans le cas de patients atteints d’un cancer bronchique non à petites cellules, mutation EGFR avec métastases cérébrales au diagnostic

a) Evaluer la survie sans progression cérébrale,b) Evaluer la survie sans progression extra-cérébrale,c) Décrire le traitement local cérébral de rattrapage radical (ablatif),d) Evaluer la survie globale,e) Décrire les modifications thérapeutiques systémiques (si progression extra-cérébrale, donc changement de type de traitement),f) Décrire le taux de réponse cérébrale à la première évaluation,g) Décrire le temps jusqu’à l’apparition de symptomatologie neurologique liée à la progression tumorale.
