Objectives

Evaluer l’efficacité et la tolérance à long  terme de l’irradiation en condition stereotaxique par cyberknife des schwanomes vestibulaires.

Objectif principal :

Comparaison de la cohorte du centre Lacassagne au cohortes de la littérature en terme de contrôle tumorale et de toxicité 

Objectifs secondaires :

-Trouver des facteurs prédictifs de rechutes 

-Trouver des facteurs prédictifs de toxicités

Patient atteint de schwanomes vestibulaires prise en charge au centre Antoine Lacassagne ayant bénéficié d’une irradiation en condition stéréotaxique par cyberknife.

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Patient âgé de 18 à 99 ans 
  • Non pris en charge chirurgicalement 

Critères de non inclusion :

  • Patient de moins de 18 ans 
  • ATCD de chirurgie pour schwanome
