About us

Objectives

Ce projet a pour objectif de décrire, sur des échantillons issus de reliquats de biopsie tumorale, la présence de l’isoforme longue ou canonique ainsi que le niveau de SUMOylation de MYD88, dans le cas des DLBCL mutés ou non ainsi que dans le cas des lymphomes indolents de type lymphoplasmocytaires (mutés) et des lymphomes de la zone marginale (non mutés). 

Pour cela nous utiliserons les outils de PLA et l’anticorps spécifique de l’isoforme longue, mis au point et disponibles au sein du laboratoire. L’identification de formes diverses de MYD88 dans les hémopathies sera le point de départ du développement de thérapies ciblant la forme longue ou bien la forme SUMOylée.
