Objectives

Principal

 

Our study aimed to assess, in a large cohort of patients, histological and clinical factors significantly associated with pN1-2 status for each tumor subtype and for patients ≤ or > 50 years with conservative breast surgery or mastectomy.

 

Secondaires 

We also developed a simplified score to predict macrometastases axillary lymph node involvement rates

D’inclusion :

French cohort: Patients with tumor ≤ 20mm, with SLNB (with or without completion ALND), and treated by up-front surgery were included from a multicentric early breast cancer database of patients treated in 13 French academic centers between 1990 and 2023
