Objectives

 Métabolomique des cytoponctions liquides thyroïdiennes

L’objectif de cette recherche est de mettre en évidence une capacité d’observer une signature de la malignité sur les métabolites provenant des liquides d’extraction et de fixation des cytoponctions liquides de lésions thyroïdiennes. Pour cela, nous utiliserons un spectromètre de masse de haute résolution pour analyser 220 échantillons de cytoponctions prélevés au Centre Antoine-Lacassagne
