Objectives

Adénocarcinomes prostatiques métastatiques résistant à la castration, concernant les nouvelles lignes thérapeutiques, quelles sont celles à proposer le plus tôt, quels traitements utiliser après la radiothérapie interne vectorisée, faut -il reprendre une hormonothérapie de seconde génération ou bien une chimiothérapie ? quelle est la tolérance clinique et biologique de la radiothérapie interne vectorisée ?
