About us

Objectives

Les cancers du seins triple négatifs sont des tumeurs fréquentes de mauvais pronostic et dont le traitement standard des formes localement avancées repose sur la chimiothérapie néoadjuvante avec pembrolizumab prolongé en post opératoire, suivie d’une radiothérapie. A ce jour, aucun facteur prédictif de réponse au protocole néoadjuvant n’est disponible, limitant ainsi les possibilités de personnalisation du traitement.

Nous souhaitons réaliser une étude observationnelle rétrospective évaluant l’intérêt d’une analyse radiomique tridimensionnelle de l’IRM pré-thérapeutique, suivie d’une analyse en imagerie d’habitat (identification de sous-régions tumorales) afin de prédire la réponse au traitement néo-adjuvant.

Patientes adultes ≥18 ans présentant un cancer du sein triple négatif traité en situation néoadjuvante par une association de chimiothérapie avec pembrolizumab, avec réalisation d’une IRM mammaire dans les 3 mois précédents (environ 150 patientes).
