About us

Objectives

Ce projet vise à réaliser une évaluation détaillée des phénotypes de composition corporelle et des altérations métaboliques associées chez les patientes atteintes d'un cancer du sein localisé, afin de mieux comprendre leurs associations avec la survie et le rôle potentiel de l'activité physique pendant les traitements comme modulateur de ces associations. 

Le projet inclut d’une part : 

  • des patientes sélectionnées dans la base « sein » du CLB
  • les patientes de l’étude DISCO (promoteur CLB)

D’une part : 

  • Cancer du sein invasif non métastatique d’emblée, sans antécédent de cancer, ayant reçu un traitement par chimiothérapie ayant réalisé une imagerie dans les 3 mois précédent ou suivant le diagnostic et/ou disposant d’un échantillon de sérum prélevé avant le premier traitement systémique (cf avis favorable CMT).
  • L’effectif final sera validé après une étude plus approfondie des imageries disponibles et utilisables (effectif maximal = 3340 cas).

D’autre part : 

  • Patientes de l’étude DISCO
