Objectives

 - Constituer une importante source d’informations fiable à disposition des cliniciens, alimentée à partir du suivi des patients et favoriser la recherche clinique et la diffusion des connaissances (170 nouveaux cas/an).  - PERMETTRE L'EVALUATION ET L'ANALYSE DES PRATIQUES DE SOINS, ET, CONFORMEMENT AUX MISSIONS CONFIEES AUX CANCEROPOLES PAR LE PLAN CANCER 2 (MESURE 4.), DYNAMISER LA RECHERCHE CLINIQUE SUR CE CANCER DANS LE GRAND OUEST PAR L'IDENTIFICATION DE SOUS-GROUPES.

 - Dès l'amont de la maladie, comprendre les causes biologiques et les facteurs de risques biologiques endogènes et exogènes, ainsi que les risques comportementaux liés à ce type de cancer  - Cibler les traitements sur des processus biologiques  - Rendre les traitements plus efficaces tout en préservant au mieux la qualité de vie du patient  - Développer la recherche clinique en oncogériatrie

Base de suivi à long terme  :  Durée de conservation non figée Projet de recherche issus de la base : Conservation pendant 2 ans après la valorisation (publication/article, these, présentation orale, poster, autre) des résultats de la recherche. Puis archivage avec un accès restreint aux personnes intervenant dans la recherche, pendant une durée limitée de 3 ans (5ans au total post publication) CHAQUE PROJET DE RECHERCHE UTILISANT CES DONNEES SERA SOUMIS PAR SON PROMOTEUR AUX AUTORISATIONS REGLEMENTAIRES EN VIGUEUR.
