Le but de cette étude est de décrire la mise en place du protocole dedélégation de tache dans le cadre des changements de prothèsephonatoire après laryngectomie totale entremédecin et IDE.L’objectif est d’étudier sa faisabilité, ainsi que l’impact sur la prise encharge des patients laryngectomisés avec prothèse phonatoire : réussitedu geste, satisfaction des patients, des médecins et des IDE à l'aide d'unquestionnaire adaptéLe but à terme est d'améliorer le délai de prise en charge
