Objectives

Objectif principalAnalyser la réponse aux traitements actuels (TKI ou TKI + immunothérapie ou immunothérapie seule) jusqu'à la 3ème ligne de traitement chez les patients atteints d'un cancer du rein chromophobe avancé ou métastatique.Objectifs secondairesIdentifier les facteurs pronostiques et prédictifs cliniques, biologiques, anatomopathologiques ou moléculaires associés à la survie sans progression pour chaque option thérapeutique.

Population subject to research or data processing

Population des participantsCritères d'inclusion Patients adultes atteints d'un carcinome rénal chromophobe avancé confirmé histologiquement. Traitement métastatique de première ligne initié entre janvier 2013 et décembre 2023. Les patients seront suivis jusqu'à la fin de l'étude ou jusqu'au décès s'il survient avant la fin de l'étude.Critères d'exclusion Patients mineurs et patients adultes sous tutelle légale. Opposition à l'utilisation des données de santé à des fins de recherche. Carcinome rénal non chromophobe.
