Objectives

Comme nous l'avons montré dans l'essai de phase 2 SiFEPI (Clin Transl Radiat Oncol. 2022;37:64-70), pour les cancers de prostate à faible risque de rechute biochimique, la curiethérapie HDD monofractionnée donne des résultats biochimiques décevants. Néanmoins la radiothérapie externe de rattrapage peut être une solution thérapeutique.

Dans la cohorte SiFEPI, pré d'1/3 des patients ont présenté une rechute biochimique liée à une rechute locale. Ces patients ont pu bénéficier d'une radiothérapie externe de rattrapage.

 

- Objectif principal: étudier les résultats cliniques de la ré-irradiation prostatique.

- Objectif secondaire: analyser les résultats oncologiques tardifs de la monofraction.
