Objectives

Objectif principal : Identifier les axes d’amélioration du parcours de soins en termes de qualité et de sécurité pour les patients traités par protocole PCV (Lomustine, Vincristine, Procarbazine).

Objectifs secondaires : Identifier des outils susceptibles d’optimiser leur prise en charge

Etude portant sur 5 dossiers de patients traités par protocole PCV.

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Protocole initié à partir de Janvier 2019
  • Patients pris en charge exclusivement dans le service d’hôpital de jour onco 2B de l’IUCT Oncopole pour la réalisation de leur traitement.

Critères d’exclusion :

Patients ayant reçu moins de 4 cycles de traitement par protocole PCV

Intérêt légitime - Traitement de données mené dans l’intérêt public dans le domaine de la santé publique (articles 6.1.e et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
