About us

Objectives

Etude multicentrique nationale, observationnelle. 

Objectif primaire : 

- Identifier les facteurs de résistance primaire à l’immunothérapie de type « inhibiteurs de checkpoint » pour les tumeurs digestives métastatiques MSI/dMMR 

Objectifs secondaires : 

- Évaluer les données de survie globale, survie sans progression et réponse objective à l’immunothérapie dans la population globale et chez les patients traités hors-essais 

- Évaluer la tolérance de l’immunothérapie dans la population globale et pour les patients hors-essais
