About us

Objectives

Objectif principal : Evaluer le taux de patients qui ont été inclus dans un essai clinique parmi ceux qui ont bénéficié du FMI.

Objectifs secondaires : Décrire les raisons pour lesquelles le patient n’a pas reçu de thérapie ciblée ; Evaluer l’impact de la RCP moléculaire sur le délai de traitement ou de l’inclusion dans un essai. ; Evaluer la survie globale et le ratio de PFS

Patients ayant bénéficié du test Foundation Medicine Inc.

 

 

 

Critères d’inclusion :

  • Hommes et Femmes >16 ans pris en charge entre 2018 et 2021
  • Patient ayant bénéficié du test Foundation Medicine Inc dans le cadre d’essais cliniques, tels que PROFILER 2, INCYTE vessie, INCYTE Cholangiocarcinome, STARTRK 2, CHECKMATE 848, B FAST, entre autre.
  • FMI réalisé sur prélèvement sanguin, biopsie, pièce opératoire

 

Critères d’exclusion :

Ne pas avoir eu de test FMI.
