La récupération postopératoire améliorée (RAC) est une approche médicale fondée sur donnes dérivant de l’evidence-based medicine, et développée pour la récupération précoce des patients subissant des interventions chirurgicales majeures. 

La RAC peut réduire les complications postopératoires en améliorant la prise en charge des patients. 

En fait, l'adoption de la méthode RAC peut permettre un retour plus rapide au traitement oncologique prévu. Le retard dans la prise en charge d'une complication postopératoire pourrait affecter le pronostic. 

L'objectif de cette étude serait d'examiner l'association entre la non observance du protocole RAC dans les deux premiers jours post opératoires et les complications postopératoires chez les patientes subissant une chirurgie ouverte pour des tumeurs gynécologiques.
