Objectives

Etude de la corrélation des mutations PIK3CA détectées sur la biopsie initiale et dans le sang chez des patientes suivies pour un cancer du sein inflammatoire localement avancé.

Ce protocole de recherche s'inscrit dans une démarche d’anticipation des futures stratégies de soin, et donc d'amélioration de  la prise en charge des patientes présentant un cancer du sein.

Patientes suivies au CHB pour un cancer du sein inflammatoire (CSI) non métastatique, à partir de 2008, ayant bénéficié d’une chimiothérapie néo-adjuvante, avec biopsie tumorale au diagnostic et reliquat de plasma prélevé au diagnostic disponibles. Patientes n'ayant pas signalé son opposition.

Legal basis

Recherche scientifique menée dans l’intérêt légitime de lutte contre le cancer du responsable de traitement (articles 6.1.f et 9.2.j du Règlement (UE) n° 2016/679).
