URSA 

 

 "Retrospective study assessing the toxicity of patients with a previous history of TURP, treated with SBRT for localized prostate cancer." 

Étude rétrospective évaluant la toxicité des patients ayant déjà subi une TURP et traités par SBRT pour un cancer de la prostate.

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

- The primary aim of this study is to determine the incidence of severe (grade≥2) toxicity in patients with a previous history of TURP, receiving PCa SBRT.SECONDARY OBJECTIVES :

- Factors associated with the onset of toxicity: (anticoagulant/antiaggregant medication, prostate size, baseline urinary symptoms, TURP cavity size, time interval between TURP and SBRT, dose-volume histograms parameters and especially hotspots, concomitant treatment and especially ADT/ARPI…)
