About us

Objectives

Les inhibiteurs de CDK4/6 sont utilisés en 1ère ligne du traitement des cancers du sein métastatique RH+, qui constituent 2/3 des cancers du sein. Ils peuvent être pourvoyeurs d’hépatites médicamenteuses, sans que l’on ait jusque-là de données de larges séries de patientes. Intérêt d’investiguer la survenue de ces hépatites, et leur gestion en pratique clinique
