Objectives

La dermoscopie permet un diagnostic précoce des mélanomes.

L’utilisation de dermoscopie par fluorescence permet de visualiser une coloration ocre, visiblement uniquement dans les mélanomes. Nous cherchons à connaitre la signification de cette coloration.
