Objectives

Description grand public : 

Recueillir et partager des données destinées à l’élaboration et / ou l’enrichissement de modèles de pharmacocinétiques de population de thérapies ciblées orales en vue d’améliorer la prise en charge des patients. 

Description détaillée : 

Etude qui a pour but recueillir des données de concentration et des données clinico-biologiques dans plusieurs centres nationaux afin de pouvoir établir les modèles mathématiques permettant de mieux suivre les patients en estimant leurs propres paramètres pharmacocinétiques et avoir la possibilité à terme d’individualiser les posologies.
