About us

Objectives

Le projet « TNBC Treg-TARGET » a pour objectif de valider in situ de nouvelles cibles permettant de neutraliser spécifiquement les Treg intra-tumoraux qui ont une forte activité suppressive de la réponse immune antitumorale et sont associés à un mauvais pronostic tout en évitant d’agir les Treg de la périphérie pour éviter la survenue de phénomènes auto-immuns sévères. Nous analyserons, la proportion et la localisation spatiale des Treg exprimant ces marqueurs d’intérêt et les cellules avec lesquels ils interagissent in situ. Ce projet est prévu pour une durée de 2 ans et nécessite l’utilisation d’échantillons biologiques (blocs FFPE de patientes présentant un cancer du sein triple négatif (TNBC) à la chirurgie) conservés dans le cadre du soin. Excepté le statut TNBC, requis pour la sélection des cas, nous n’avons pas besoin des données cliniques associées à ces échantillons
